Before I can begin processing your claim, I'll need the following from you:

  • Carrier Scope — the insurance company's estimate (PDF required)
  • Photo Report — all job site photos from your inspection
  • Aerial Measurements — EagleView preferred; Roofr, QuickMeasure, Hover also accepted (PDF required)
  • Job Notes — a brief description of anything specific you want addressed
